Shipping is from Monday thru Friday. All orders will be completed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders will be sent to the address specified by the buyer. Customer will be provided with a tracking number via email. Please refer to the mail carrier with your tracking information. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received your package you may file a claim with the mail carrier.

International shipping usually takes between 7-15 days depending on customs, CUSTOMER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CUSTOMS DECLARATION NUMBER ONCE ITEM IS SHIPPED. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items.
